Settings

For: Organization owners and administrators managing org-level configuration, plus every user's personal profile.

The Settings page covers organization identity, notification preferences, data export, and account lifecycle. It renders differently depending on context: if you belong to an organization it shows organization-scoped settings; if you don't, it shows a personal-account variant with a prompt to create one.

Table of Contents

Organization Profile

Shown when you belong to an organization. Covers:

FieldDescription
LogoClick the logo tile to upload a new image (PNG, JPG, or GIF up to 10 MB).
Organization NameDisplay name for your org. Click Save changes after editing.
Org IDYour Axemere org ID (UUID). Use this in your gateway configuration file and when filing support requests. Click the copy icon to copy it.

Switching organizations: If you belong to multiple Axemere organizations, use the org switcher in the top-left of the sidebar to change contexts.

Collaborate with a Team (personal accounts)

If you don't belong to an organization yet, this card replaces Organization Profile — it explains what an organization gets you (role-based member invites, shared gateway/policy configuration, centralized billing, org-wide certificate management) and offers a Create organization button.

Email Preferences

The Manage button opens /settings/email-preferences, where you can control which types of notifications Axemere sends to your email address (usage alerts, scheduled report delivery, billing and renewal notifications, security alerts). Changes take effect immediately and apply only to your account, not to all members of the organization.

Data Export

Three self-serve export options, each downloading its own file:

ExportContents
Export account dataAll org settings, users, and configurations (or, for a personal account, your account settings and configurations).
Export usage dataHistorical API usage and analytics.
Export audit logsFull audit trail for compliance.

Danger Zone

Content differs depending on whether you're in an organization or a personal account.

Organization context

  • Transfer ownership — owner-only. Opens a two-step dialog: pick a non-owner team member, then type the organization's name to confirm. Your role changes to Admin once the transfer completes.
  • Delete organization — owner-only. Pick a reason first (including a dedicated "I'm exercising my right to erasure (GDPR)" option), then:
    • Standard deletion: your subscription won't renew; you keep full access until the current billing period ends, then access ends and all data is permanently deleted 30 days later. You can cancel anytime before the period ends.
    • GDPR erasure: after an explicit attestation checkbox and a final confirmation (type the org name), erasure is immediate and permanent — there is no 30-day grace period.
  • Restore organization — appears in place of "Delete organization" once a standard deletion is scheduled; cancels it and returns the org to normal.

Personal account context

  • Delete account — permanently deletes your personal account and all associated data.

My Account (personal profile)

A separate page at /account, reached from your avatar/profile menu (not the left sidebar) — click your avatar in the top corner and choose Manage Account. Distinct from the org-level Settings above: this is your personal identity, shared across every organization you belong to.

  • Profile — your display name (first/last) and profile photo (PNG/JPG up to 10 MB).
  • Connected Accounts — read-only list of SSO providers linked to your account (e.g. Google). These are managed by your identity provider and can't be changed from this page.

There is no email-change or organization-role display on this page today.
